Worldwide shipping.

Bespoke products are dispatched within 15-30 working days from receipt of your online order. All other orders placed before 9pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the following working day, subject to stock availability. Occasionally, and often due to circumstances outside of our control your product may be delayed. If this happens, we will inform you.

We use international courier services to deliver your online order. Average delivery time from dispatching the product is 7 working days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Any customs or import duties are levied once the product reaches its destination country chosen by you. Charges for customs clearance will be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return & Exchanges

If you for any reason are not happy with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. All items must be free of damage.

If you’re not happy with the bespoke product get in touch with us. The general return principle does not apply for bespoke products made for you, but we always strive to find a suitable solution.

Our quality check procedure shall ensure that products meet our quality standard before being dispatched. If you receive faulty products reach out to us immediately to either refund, replace or repair the product and improve our quality check procedure.
